2007 Summer Advantage Programs

Bass River Tennis Club is offering 3 different weekly, session based, summer programs designed to foster your child’s enjoyment for the game of tennis. All classes are led by Bass River Tennis Club instructors and will offer a healthy balance of instruction, fun and play.

 

Player Development (M-F, 1-3 PM): Our instructors will engage your kids, age 8+, in a variety of activities focused on building their skills and understanding of the sport of tennis. There will be games and drills designed to enhance the players agility, strength, and technique. (Members $180, non-members $205 weekly)

 

Coached Round-Robin (M-F, 3:15-5 PM): For ages 10+ wishing to advance further and get into some serious play-time. This supervised match-play is designed to help players develop and practice the various skills they are learning. Our instructors will lead a 15 minute warm-up, then match-up and coach players for multiple rounds of play. Points are each round. At the end of each week the player accumulating the most points will take home the prize-of-the-week. (Members $122, non-members $150 weekly)

 

Mighty-Mites (M/W/F 9-10 AM): Mighty-mites program is designed to provide kids ages 3-7 a fun introduction to the game of tennis. Our instructors lead the tennis-focused activities to build hand-eye coordination, balance and agility….athletic skills that last a lifetime. (Members $48, non-members $63 weekly)
