Once you have confirmation of availability, simply complete a contract application (see below) and mail with a $100 deposit. Don't miss out! HOW TO APPLY FOR A NEW CONTRACT TIME or RENEW YOUR PRESENT CONTRACT TIME: 1. Select a group representative to fill out the application, Click here to download CONTRACT TIME APPLICATION PDF. 2. Return the application with a non-refundable deposit of $100 per contract court by May 29, 2009. All names listed on the application must join the Bass River Tennis Club to participate in a contract time. 3. New contract times will be granted if space is available. Contract renewals have priority. 4. Once the contract season begins, the group representative must notify the club if there are any changes among players in their group. All billing of contracts is final on October 31, 2009. After this date, it is the responsibility of contract players to settle any unresolved billing issues among themselves. PLEASE INFORM THE PLAYERS IN YOUR GROUP OF THESE HOLIDAY NOTES: Monday Contracts Meet for all 34 weeks Tuesday Contracts Meet for all 34 weeks Wednesday Contracts Meet for all 34 weeks Thursday Contracts Thanksgiving No contracts all day on November 26 Christmas Eve No contracts all day on December 24 New Year’s Eve No afternoon or evening contracts on Dec 31 Friday Contracts Christmas Day No contracts, club closed all day on December 25 New Year’s Day No contracts all day. Club opens at noon

DAILY GUEST FEES 2009-2010 Guests are welcome for a $12.00 guest fee per day. Court time is additional. The same guest may visit the club on a members guest pass as often as they wish. No limit on visits for lessons or play, but a guest fee will be charged in addition to the lesson or court fee.
DAILY GUEST PASSES 2009- 2010 All guests passes are tracked through our computer check-in system. Each junior membership will receive 1 guest pass. Adult memberships will receive 2 guest passes. Family memberships will receive 3 guest passes. When you would like to redeem one of your free passes, simply inform us at check-in where we will decrement your account for one pass. All guests are to sign our logbook before play. Regular court fees apply.
