The tennis courts at the Beverly Golf & Tennis Club are under the management of the Bass River Tennis Club again for 2010.

The management and tennis professionals of the Bass River Tennis Club are pleased to be running all staffing, maintenance and programming operations for these fine outdoor clay courts.

Bass River Tennis Club has been in operation since 1971 and boasts an exceptional indoor facility. We are pleased to bring our expertise to the outdoor courts at the Beverly Golf & Tennis Club.

SUMMER TENNIS STAFF
	Devin Carr A lifelong Beverly resident, Devin teaches in the Beverly school system and is coach of the Beverly High School Boys Team. Devin has worked here at the Golf and Tennis Club for 9 years. Devin is USPTA certified instructor and has a Masters Degree in education.
	Jeff Goldberg Jeff is a lifelong Beverly resident and is a full time instructor at the Bass River Tennis Club. In addition to his duties at Bass River and at Golf and Tennis, Jeff is the assistant coach of the Beverly High School Girls Team. Jeff is a USPTA certified instructor.
	Greg Luongo Gregg is a USPTA certified instructor, a Head Professional at Bass River Tennis Club, and the Director of the Reading Recreation Department tennis program. Gregg is bringing a competitive team to Beverly Golf and Tennis for the first time in the clubs long history. His competitive experience and years of coaching will make him a great addition to the summer staff.
	Eliza Flynn Eliza is from South Hamilton, Mass. and is a senior standout at Phillips Academy in Andover. A highly ranked New England tennis player (currently ranked 9th in New England in the 18s.), Eliza will be back for her second summer at Beverly Golf and Tennis. In addition to competing for Andover, Eliza participates in USTA New England Section and National tennis competitions. Her high skill level and tournament experience make her a great addition to our camp staff. Eliza is a multi-sport athlete and will also work in our field sports program.
	Sabrina Salmela Sabrina is from Beverly where she is the 1st singles standout star for the Beverly High School tennis team. She is this year’s senior captain and is undefeated in league play. Sabrina has been a varsity starter all four years at Beverly High. She has also been competing in USTA New England tournaments since she was 11 years of age, and has a good teaching background working with children. In the fall, Sabrina will attend Simmons College and pursue a degree in Biology. We are pleased to add her to our summer staff.
